Thank you for shopping at mf0mdx-ve.myshopify. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging.

Eligibility

  • Eligible: Most unused, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Non-eligible: Final sale items, personalized/custom products, perishables, hygiene goods, gift cards, downloadable software.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at [your support email] with your order number, item photos, and return reason.
  2. We will send a return approval and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back with tracking; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.
  4. Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Late or missing refunds may be delayed by your bank/card issuer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective/wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will cover shipping for approved exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number, photos of damage/defect, and packaging. We will replace or refund at no cost.
